Hanging Tomato Update from Fostering Others



Here we are at week 5.  Look at all the little tomatoes and flowers!! I swapped all the pots around.  Things grown better on one end of my porch then the other. So I am riatating around in a row.  Last to the end.  I think the swap only slowed it a little.  Soo excited to know that I will soon be harvesting a crop!! 



Here are all my Zucchini!! Look how big they are! I soo love the weather this time of year and all the new growth.

3.5 Week old Hanging tomatoes!! from Fostering Others


I planted these 2 tomatoes in my pots 3 1/2 weeks ago.  Look at the amazing growth!! I wrote a blog a few weeks ago about my process. So I figured I would give you an update!! 



Here is a photo of the same one a week and a half ago.  




Then here the week before that.  Honestly they are 3 times fuller then the ones I put in the ground! Stay tuned for updates!!

The Hanging Tomato Experiment from Fostering Others


I’ve landed tomatoes in several locations the last few years.  We realized last year that the ones we placed in the planters and hanging baskets did well,  with little work to steak them.  So this year with Frankie’s help,  we read up a bit and are having a hanging tomatoes experiment!! 


Frankie started off with these metal buckets he found at a deal.
